The Compact Multi-Casualty System was originally developed for law enforcement responding to mass-casualty events. Traditional mass-casualty equipment bags can be awkwardly oversized, impractical and cost prohibitive. The Compact Multi-Casualty System is less than one third the size, and as little as one quarter the cost of many traditional mass-casualty equipment bags, while still providing the highest quality of proven life-saving medical equipment. The Compact Multi-Casualty System is optimized for deployment by law enforcement on scene at the point of injury.
Each Compact Multi-Casualty System consists of a rugged American Made 1000d ballistic nylon bag that will hold 6 or 8 self-contained trauma care modules for distribution at the point of injury. 
 
Compatible with Phokus Research Medium Bleeding Control Kit and low-vis kits, North American Rescue VacPacs and similarly sized modules. Can also be used as a general purpose go bag.
