Advanced First Aid is a 6-hour hybrid online and classroom-based course developed for civilian organizations who sought training beyond basic first aid, yet still appropriate for members of the general public. Advanced First Aid consists of flexible CPR/AED/First Aid interactive modules delivered online, classroom CPR/AED/First Aid skills performance module and Bleeding Control for the Injured (Stop the Bleed). Advanced First Aid is ideal for staff and faculty of schools, private businesses and faith-based organizations. Advanced First Aid meets the tenets of the American Heart Association and the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive CPR/AED certification valid for two years and certificate of completion. Modular immersive scenario-based add-on packages are also available to intensify training and reinforce muscle memory response under duress.
